Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.2.1. Solid waste collection and disposal matching the current levels listed in Attachment A; 2.2.2. Collection and recycling of materials matching the current levels listed in Attachment A; 2.2.3. Vendor must provide all containers for solid waste and recyclable materials at central collection points at each building. (BOA will be responsible for collection and transport of materials to the central collection points.); 2.2.4. A single monthly invoice shall be submitted for payment; 2.2.5. Evaluation of material volume, container sizes, and pickup frequencies shall be performed within 12 months of contract signing to ensure efficient service. 2.2.5.1. Evaluation methods will be mutually agreed to by BOA and the contracted vendor. 2.2.5.2. Any change of fees resulting from changes in container sizes or pickup frequencies based on the evaluation will be based on rates established in contract.
