Specifications include, but are not limited to: Products purchased as a result of this Invitation to Bid will furnish the District with Covid-19 Rapid Antigen At-Home Test Kits to be ordered as needed. This will be ordered by the APS Special Projects Coordinator for Emergency Response. Products must meet the following requirements; • Product must be a FDA authorized at home COVID-19 rapid antigen nasal swab test authorized for the detection of COVID-19 antigens • Product must have an expiration date or extended expiration date approved by the FDA of a minimum of six (6) months from date of delivery or that extends through or beyond the current school year for which the tests were ordered. Minimum initial kit shelf life must be at least (6) six months. • Product must be available in either the single pack or the two-pack kit with contents including one or two tests, necessary testing supplies (minus a timer) to accommodate the total number of tests contained in the pack and with instructions for use in English.
