Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Bentonville, Arkansas is accepting formal, sealed bids from properly qualified, experienced, licensed, and insured Contractors for the construction, including the supply of necessary labor, materials and equipment, of the Water Tower Road-Phase 2 Project; The major items of the project include, but are not limited to, mobilization and demobilization, clearing of vegetation, construction of approximately 2,200 LF of 4-lane street extension commencing approx. 150 LF north of Hwy 102/ Hudson Rd. toward the 8th St. roundabout, with medians, and improvements to the side street connections of SE NWACC Blvd. and Meadowbrook Dr., associated structures, associated earthwork, curb and gutter, 10’ trail, 6’ sidewalk, stormwater drainage, striping, landscaping, erosion control, electrical improvements and other related work. Installation of a concrete communications building along with water and sewer mains are included within the scope of the project.
