Repair/patch walls prior to painting (except at areas of renovation). 11. Remove existing marquee signage. 12. Paint all previously painted exterior surfaces and powerwash as required. Provide new landscaping and sidewalk replacement. Construct new front entry canopy. 13. Replace CTP built up roof with 2-Ply Modified Bitumen Roof System. 14. Perform milk detergent medium pressure wash on stained or mildewed façade. 15. Replace outdated exterior windows with new energy efficient window assembly. 16. Provide interior lighting controls. 17. Replace interior lights with LED lighting. 18. Mechanical/HVAC improvements including central air handling units, new split system A/C units, roof top and fan coil units, controls, condenser pumps, water pumps, and exhaust fans. Includes patching and repairing walls. 19. Renovate and Expand Existing Administration. 20. Install storm sewer lines and associated Work per Civil Drawings. 21. Abatement
