Specifications include, but are not limited to:. The successful offeror shall conduct a pre- and post-assessment to gauge the level of understanding and knowledge gained by participants and use the information to improve program services and outcomes. ; The successful offeror shall provide services in a client-centered, trauma-informed, culturally, and linguistically appropriate manner. If a subcontractor is hired to perform any or all work, the offeror must indicate in the proposal the subcontractor's experience and qualifications in delivering culturally and linguistically inclusive programming. The successful offeror must also provide training to subcontractors related to providing culturally appropriate services to the populations selected.
