Specifications include, but are not limited to: IPTC requests the submittal of qualifications from Architectural and Engineering (A&E) consultants to prepare a Headquarters Campus Master Plan and provide design services for a new Operations Center & Maintenance Garage. Complete scope of work is contained within “Project Background,” and includes services related to planning, schematic and final design, zoning, utility upgrades, security access, employee and guest parking needs, pedestrian/vehicular/bus traffic flow, estimates of energy usage for vehicle charging & facilities support, and potential need for substation for selected elements of the Master Plan.
