Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City intends to establish a Service Agreement (“Contract”) for Boiler Repair, Maintenance and Replacement. For the purpose of this RFB, this scope shall include both steam type boilers and hot water boilers. Service items include, but are not limited to, boiler repairs, maintenance, boiler installation, boiler controls, temperature control systems, thermostats, pumps, piping, valves and related components. Pricing is being requested by job classification and time of work (Normal Hours, After Hours/Weekends and Holidays). Materials and Subcontractor Costs to be billed at cost or discount offered. Should a boiler require a complete replacement, the purchase, make and model shall be authorized by the applicable facilities official and billed at cost or discount offered.
