Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Minnesota, Department of Administration on behalf of MMCAP is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish contract(s) with qualified national suppliers that provide services that meet all regulatory requirements, provide easily auditable pharmaceutical reverse distribution processing services of Members, maximize pharmaceutical credits from manufacturers, minimize fees, and reduce resources required by MMCAP Infuse Member facilities to process expired and nonusable pharmaceuticals. This RFP cannot be used as a means for the Responder and Member to enter into their own standalone agreement and is not intended to produce a pharmaceutical waste disposal contract or pharmaceutical hazardous waste disposal contract The solicitation reference number is 32063.
