Specifications include, but are not limited to: Preconstruction Services shall include assisting the Owner in determining whether scheduling or constructability problems exist that would delay the construction of the Project; estimating the cost of the labor and materials for the Project; assisting the Owner in determining whether the Project can be constructed within the Owner’s budget. Such preconstruction services shall further include constructability reviews, construction cost estimates, advice, project analysis, and feedback regarding materials, means, methods, systems, schedule, labor, and other conditions affecting construction and subcontractor selection for development and construction of: West Las Vegas Library
