Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Dover School District (the “DSD”) intends to implement an integrated system of multi-tiered supports in collaboration with all schools and stakeholders. The multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) will be a framework for teaching and learning, designed to ensure equitable access and engagement with learning opportunities, promoting each student’s academic achievement as well as their social, emotional, and behavioral development. The MTSS framework will be leveraged to integrate multiple district and school improvement initiatives and service delivery programs into one coherent and comprehensive system. DSD wants to build the knowledge and infrastructure across the district to implement MTSS with fidelity. The DSD aspires to improve instruction and learning and provide equity for all students.
