Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Contractor shall provide materials, tools, equipment, supplies, parts, labor, freight, transportation, mobilization, and demobilization, and supervision necessary to install various services associated with wells and septic services at four (4) sites. The purpose of this project is to provide water and septic services to select residence in the Copper Center area, Alaska. Work shall be completed at the following sites: Site 1 – (Plan Sheet C101) AK State Land Survey No. 79-122 Plat 79-25 Chitina R.D. o Install new insulated septic system Install new insulated 1,250 gallon epoxy coated steel tank o Install insulated utilidor under home to reach sewer penetration point o Install new insulated bed-style drain field o Install new insulated sewer service line o Install new insulated residential well o Install new insulated water service line o Install Arctic box (water) Site 2 – (Plan Sheet C104) Lot 3 Tazlina Subdivision Plat 80-30 Chitina R.D. o Install new insulated septic system Install new insulated 1,250 gallon epoxy coated steel tank Install new insulated Residential Effluent Pumping Station (REPS) unit o Install new pressure dosing effluent, insulated mound-style drain field o Install new insulated sewer service line o Install new insulated residential well o Install new insulated water service line o Install Arctic boxes (water and sewer) o Decommission existing shallow well Site 3 – (Plan Sheet C107) Tract 2 Lot 1 USS 3579 Plat 90-6 o Install new insulated septic system Install new insulated 1,000 gallon epoxy coated steel tank o Install insulated utilidor under home to reach sewer penetration point o Install new insulated bed-style drain field o Install new insulated sewer service line o Abandon existing septic system per ADEC guidelines o Install new insulated residential well o Install new insulated water service line o Install Arctic boxes (water and sewer)
