Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1.1 Photographers ⢠Vendor must provide a lead photographer to serve as point of contact prior to event and be on-campus for duration of graduation activities, including college and club celebrations. ⢠Vendor must provide a minimum of 4 photographers on day of event and may require additional photographers throughout commencement week for additional portraits and evening celebrations ⢠A lead photographer must be available and serve to communicate and strategize with Registrarâs Office to ensure all events are covered leading up to the ceremony. ⢠Photography team must demonstrate agility and be able to adapt during a fast-paced ceremony to ensure photographing students does not distract nor disrupt the ceremony. ⢠Photographers must establish redundancy protocols in taking pictures to ensure that every graduate has a picture taken during the ceremony. ⢠Vendor must provide 4 photographers on location. Photography stations may include one on each side of the stage and one on each side of the podium. ⢠Awarded vendor shall provide a photographer at the Grad Fair with sample regalia to take announcement photos. 1.1.2 Photographic equipment ⢠All necessary equipment to perform the work outlined must be provided by the contracted vendor. ⢠Prior to each event, equipment must be charged and checked to ensure it is functioning correctly. ⢠The photographer must have duplicate equipment at each ceremony in case of primary equipment failure. 1.1.3 Photographer conduct ⢠Lead photographer must communicate with Registrarâs Office in advance of the commencement ceremony. ⢠Photographer must not interfere, delay, or disrupt commencement events or ceremonies. Candidate names are read at approximately one every three seconds. Photography team must be prepared to match that pace (taking the photos outlined below) without creating a delay in the ceremony. This pace exceeds national norms. Redundancy and flexibility are a must. ⢠Photographer must demonstrate agility to accommodate last-minute changes or unanticipated events. ⢠Photographers must wear name tag that identify the company and name of individual. ⢠Photographer must dress professionally and act in a professional manner
