Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Swan Lake – South project is located in Lake County on Highway 83 from RP 70.5 to 65.2 (North Section – Section 1) and from RP 54.0 to 47.8 (South Section – Section 2). The middle section from RP 65.2 to 54.0 is not included in this contract. The following work is proposed in each section: North Section – Section 1 (RP 70.5 to 65.2) Asphalt mill, under scrub seal, asphalt overlay, seal & cover, and fog seal. New pavement markings, signing, delineation, and sinusoidal centerline rumble strips. South Section – Section 2 (RP 54.0 to 47.8) Crack seal, mastic fill/seal, seal & cover, and fog seal. Minor bridge work and asphalt mill/overlay at the bridge and roadway approaches of the Lion Creek structure. New pavement markings, signing, and delineation.
