Specifications include, but are not limited to: The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the disposal of all residential solid waste delivered to their site. The CONTRACTOR shall utilize a fully approved Subtitle D landfill, in accordance with Environmental Protection Agency and Arizona Department of Environmental Quality regulations. 1.2 The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for properly disposing of the COUNTY’S residential waste in accordance with statutory and regulatory guidelines. 1.3 CONTRACTOR shall have the right to inspect and monitor all waste and to reject any waste that is determined to contain hazardous materials. 1.3 Acceptance by CONTRACTOR of materials relieves the COUNTY from any and all liability for materials contained therein and CONTRACTOR agrees to indemnify the COUNTY from all current and future claims as a result thereof.
