Specifications include, but are not limited to: The California Highway Patrol (CHP) has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to obtain proposals for the development and implementation of a Public Awareness/Educational Campaign (to include marketing and advertising services). This project will involve the efforts of a professional non-profit contractor that can assist in the creation and development of cutting edge and cost-effective educational programming activities in support of the CHP’s overall mission and the mission of the Teen Distracted Driving (TDD) II Grant, to educate, increase awareness and recognition of the problem and accordingly reduce traffic crashes, related fatalities, and injuries statewide.
