Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vermont Agency of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as VTrans, is seeking contractor services to assist in taking potential environmental impacts into consideration during project planning, design, construction, and maintenance. In analyzing the environmental impacts of a VTrans undertaking, assessments are made to the potential direct, indirect, and secondary impacts to natural resources. Given that VTrans works on roadways, bridges, bike / pedestrian trails, railroads and airports, the consultant and/or their subconsultant may be required to assess a wide variety of natural resources under various scenarios involving various transportation modal projects
