Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contract will be for a lease to perform agricultural activities on approximately 250 acres of land owned by the City of Minot. A figure has been included for reference. The winning bidder will be responsible for complying with all applicable State and Federal regulations. The winning bidder will also be responsible for any damage incurred to the property. The winning bidder will be responsible providing all machinery, equipment and labor necessary for good farmlike operation.
