Four (4) foot high and eight (8) foot wide designed to raise and lower for transporting and display by hand-crank winch and cable for quick, easy raising/lowering of board. Pin or locking device to secure panel in raised position. Sign shall have cushion rests for transporting. With a “T” type bar to prevent the board from bouncing during transport.
