Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Buildings and Ground Section, as the overall project monitor, will retain sole control and responsibility for providing continuous professional janitorial work, as required, for janitorial services. The awarded vendor will supply the necessary labor, materials, and supplies to maintain the building. The awarded vendor is expected to provide and utilize cleaning chemicals that will clean and sanitize all surfaces, subject to approval of the Buildings and Grounds designee. Awarded vendor is required to supply Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each material utilized onsite. These sheets should be stored in a binder, kept in a visible, easily accessible area of the janitorial workstation, as identified by the Buildings and Grounds designee. Vendor should have at least 3 years of experience cleaning a 50,000 square foot property, 5 years of janitorial experience, an established business of over 5 years and a local store front. This should be included the proposal.
