Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) is requesting Statements of Qualification from contractors to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for the Bartlett Regional Hospital (BRH) Emergency Department (ED) Addition and Renovation project. The BRH ED Addition and Renovation Project (the Project) consists of a 5,300 square foot addition to an existing Emergency Department, and 7,550 square feet of renovation space. 4,000 square feet of the renovation will be a total demolition and build back, while the remaining 3,500 square feet will consist of finish upgrades. Construction phasing will have to be carefully coordinated with the Bartlett Emergency Department and Facilities Staff, Capital City Fire and Rescue (CCFR), and the design team, as full operations will need to be maintained during construction. Access to the building site and to the ED will need to be coordinated.
