Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Judicial Branch is seeking a Building Manager as defined in this Request for Proposal (RFP) document. This document provides instructions for submitting proposals, the procedure, and criteria by which the awarded Bidder will be selected, and the contractual terms which will govern the relationship between the State of Maine (State) and the awarded Bidder. The Judicial Branch does not have enough staff to monitor the needs of the building during operating hours. A 25 hours/week position between the hours of 7:00 AM-12:00 PM has been determined to be the peak hours needing coverage. The South Paris District Court (DC) located within the Oxford County Court House (OCCH), has been identified for contracted services as outlined in this RFP. This would include all scheduled work and duties laid out in the scope of this RFP.
