Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this RFP, the Department’s intent is to ensure Prevention Workforce Development Services are available to prevention providers to maintain a well-trained and credentialed professional and paraprofessional workforce. Prevention Workforce Development Services shall include strong collaboration with the Department and the provider communities and shall include: Training, technical assistance, and event logistics including audio/visual materials, event management, including site rental, and speaker contracts; Administering the Maine Prevention Certification Board; Providing oversight of the evidence-based adolescent diversion program, Student Intervention Reintegration Program (SIRP); and Providing technical assistance for Department-funded entities implementing the Prime For Life® Universal Program and other evidence-based curriculum.
