Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide management, labor support functions and personnel necessary to provide qualified personnel with technical and non-technical skills to perform temporary employment services for UNLV. In addition, the Clark County Water Reclamation District has specifically expressed interest in utilizing the contract(s) resulting from this RFP and has provided their temporary staffing requirements which are included in this RFP. These agencies (Requesting Agency) shall have the option of utilizing the resulting contracts to obtain temporary employment services. UNLV will be responsible for managing the resulting contracts only in relation to issues that arise between UNLV and the Successful Contractor(s). Any issues that arise between the Successful Contractor(s) and other public agencies that choose to utilize the resulting contracts shall be between those parties and UNLV shall not be responsible.
