Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District is seeking materials specified in the RFP Documents from qualified and experienced publishing Firms that can provide a literacy-focused digital resource that provides adaptive and individualized learning experiences to improve reading. The proposed digital tools must be an evidencebased digital reading program that uses adaptive technology to deliver personalized, systematic reading instruction with embedded assessment that also includes robust performance and data reporting capability. The initial contract term for the successful Firm or Firms will be for two (2) years, beginning on the day following Board approval of the Firm’s contract and expiring on the same month and day in 2024. The Services should also include licensing, materials, and professional learning. Services are to be delivered in accordance with the detailed itemization of the scope of services in this RFP, the District’s policies and procedures, and all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations.
