Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide a standardized template for the PWS, identifying the data points to be reported to the database solution up front so the PWS have time to start building an inventory or shaping their current inventories to match the defined standards. 1.1.2 Develop an intuitive database solution the State can use to receive existing inventories from PWS throughout the State of Indiana. 1.1.3 Provide an intuitive portal for the PWS in the State of Indiana to use to upload their inventories in varying formats, allowing for the various levels of technical abilities of the PWS. 1.1.4 Validate & transform the submitted inventory data to align with standardizations the State of Indiana requires for proper reporting to the EPA and their own data collection needs. 1.1.5 Interface with current EPA SDWIS system on the State side (SDWIS-State) which will then interface the information to the EPA SDWIS federal system (SDWIS-Fed).
