Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) 50,000 permits printed both sides in blue and green ink with large black serial numbering. 2) These are inside rearview mirror hang tags for motor vehicles, fashioned from heavy-gauge plastic. Diecut yielding a finished size of 3” x 9-1/2” with all corners rounded and a notch cutout to allow for hanging from the mirror. 1) White 23 mil polyvinyl. Permit placards will be expected to last for a service life of at least five (5) years, subjected to the year-round extremes of temperature, humidity and sun exposure that will prevail when hanging from an inside rearview in a motor vehicle in New Hampshire. Material must be tough, UV resistant, and non-curling. The material must not change color with age or exposure to sunlight. The material must be guaranteed not to break, split, crack, curl or turn yellow, and must be able to withstand the handling and transferring between vehicles that these permits will typically go through over their five year service life.
