Specifications include, but are not limited to: This renovation project is federally funded with American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) to renovate and furnish the CARE Campus 2nd floor for a 30-day inpatient program for ages 17-24. The existing renovation area of work is 10,282 GSF and consists of a central Nurse’s Station, two Day Rooms, Clinical Offices, Consultation Rooms for Tele-Health, and two Resident Wings: one dedicated for males and the other for females with a total of 16 Resident Rooms each with a single toilet room and shower. There are 8 Resident Rooms in each wing, 7 Semi-Private Resident Rooms and 1 Private Accessible Resident Room with an ADA Restroom per wing. Of these 16 Resident Rooms, 4 are Isolation Rooms with a minimum airflow to maintain a negative pressure and new exhaust fans. Each Resident Room is designed for two residents but will only be furnished with one bed, storage chest, desk, and chair. Furniture is part of the General Contractor’s contract.
