Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Commission is seeking proposals to provide security services for the Indiana State Fairgrounds and Event Center by fully accredited and sworn police officers with arresting authority. Security service requirements include 24-hour security of the facility as needed, traffic management assistance as needed, and supplementing staffing needs for events held at the facility. The intent of the Commission is to enter into a contractual agreement with a qualified security services provider based upon evaluation criteria and costs/rates. The Commission reserves the right to contact and hold discussions with responsible security services providers for the purpose of clarification to assume full understanding of responsiveness to the solicitation. The contract may be awarded in part or in full.
