Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking competitive sealed proposals designed to solicit offers from qualified contractors who will perform as a Distributed Learning (DL) Region Director in support of the South Dakota National Guard (SDNG). Responsibilities include performing periodic site visits to five (5) distance learning labs operated on behalf of the SDNG. Director will perform standard operational equipment testing, updates on equipment and software, and maintenance of systems utilized. Directors conduct training of operations and perform back-up operations. Directors assist SDNG commanders with understanding how DL can aid them with meeting training objectives and assist with planning and coordination of unit training events related to DL.
