Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1.1 Trailer Mounted Concrete Pump 3.1.1.1 Concrete Pump must be trailer mounted to pull behind a truck. 3.1.1.2 Concrete pump must have an output of at least thirty (30) yards per hour. 3.1.1.3 Concrete pump must have a minimum capacity of ten (10) cubic feet. 3.1.1.4 Concrete pump must have emergency stop function. 3.1.1.5 Concrete pump should have a minimum of 82 hp engine and hydraulic pump of minimum 30hp 3.1.2 RENTAL 3.1.2.1 Concrete Pump must be available to rent as needed by the department. 3.1.2.2 Vendor must accept payment by Visa 3.1.2.3 Monthly rental rates must reflect a 28 day cycle (7 days X 4 Weeks) 3.1.2.4 Weekly rental rates must be based on 40 hours of usage, but no more than 7 calendar days. 3.1.2.5 Daily rental rates must be based on an 8-hour day. 3.1.2.6 In the event of the extension of the rental, the record should be changed to show the exact rate of rental. 3.1.2.7 Rental rate must be pro-rated based on the actual rental commencement date. 3.1.2.8 For equipment picked up at a rental facility, rental starts when equipment leaves the yard and ends when the equipment is returned to the rental facility. 3.1.2.9 For equipment being delivered, rental period begins at the time of delivery and ends when the department notifies the vendor that the equipment can be picked up. 3.1.2.10 Rental rates will not accrue during equipment downtime.
