Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Vendor shall provide professional services for space planning, move management, and move scheduling to relocate approximately 400 office employees over six buildings, within the Raleigh metropolitan area over a four-month time frame, approximately 400 employees. ; 2 Vendor shall evaluate existing facility at 2020 Yonkers Road Raleigh NC for potential restacking to optimize arrangement for future expansion, approximately 200 employees. ; 3 Vendor shall evaluate existing facility at 512 S. Salisbury Street for potential restacking to optimize arrangement for future expansion, approximately 200 employees. ; 4 Vendor shall conduct planning meetings with owner to develop a space assignment and move plan. Vendor shall conduct logistics planning meetings with up to 15 Divisional Leaders* to assign space, schedule, and identify special relocation needs. *Leaders of business units ranging from 10 to 210 personnel. ; 5 Vendor shall have a branch office located within 25 miles radius of 2020 Yonkers Road, Raleigh, NC 27604 with in-house moving services or the ability to subcontract such a Vendor. ; 6 Vendor shall demonstrate the ability to document resources sufficient to complete the analysis, planning, and move management within a four-month time frame. ; 7 Vendor shall offer workstation recommendations for use in group offices identified by owner (not architectural or engineering design). An anticipated 40 workstations may be identified by owner. (Owner shall procure and installed workstations under a separate contract). ; 8 Vendor shall provide moving services to execute upon the relocation plan developed and approved by the owner. ;
