Specifications include, but are not limited to:. 1. New HVAC System(s) Installation, to include removal and haul-away of the old unit. 2. Installation of all electrical, ductwork, roofing, and mechanical work necessary to complete the functional, satisfactorily operating system. 3. Pre‐Bid Conference and Walk‐Through – Participate in pre-bid conference and walk-through of Precinct 2 building spaces to inspect and verify current units and check measurements prior to purchasing units. 4. Manufacturer: Replace all existing equipment with Carrier Equipment 5. Preconstruction meeting is Mandatory 6. Provide project schedule within 5 days of receipt of Notice to Proceed 7. Coordinate all work with Harris County and the Center director
