Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) The Center shall commence operations on November 1, 2022 and continue operations through April 30, 2022. 2) The Center’s hours of operations shall be at least Monday through Sunday from 7:00pm to 7:00am. 3) The Center shall be located in a facility equipped with appropriate security, fire suppression, and life safety equipment and with adequate means of ingress and egress. 4) The Center shall be located in a facility capable of housing individuals and families overnight and equipped with appropriate kitchen, bath, and storage facilities. 5) The Center shall be staffed by appropriately trained staff, capable of providing necessary support to Center attendees. 6) The Center shall be located in a facility that complies with relevant City Ordinances and building codes, including ADA accessibility requirements.
