Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor staff shall ensure minimal or no disruption of IMPD activities, and work with IMPD location supervisors when a request is made. IMPD reserves the right to request a change in a cleaning staff member at any time for any reason. 1.4. Unless otherwise specified or directed, all wet cleaning shall be done with a multipurpose cleaner containing a bleach additive. Wet cleaning mixtures for mopping shall be changed as needed to ensure proper cleaning and disinfecting. 1.5. Cleaning services shall be rendered based upon specific schedules. City shall have the right to make amendments to the cleaning schedule, cleaning area assignments, and additional facilities at any time. 1.6. City will designate and provide a location for the disposal of trash and waste residue. 1.7. All work shall be performed within the timeframe available for cleaning and within the number of hours designated for cleaning each location. 1.8. Contractor shall be responsible for the maintenance and repair of Contractor owned equipment. 1.9. Contractor shall be responsible for the supervision of their equipment and employees at all times. 1.10. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the required services herein. Materials to be used shall be approved by the City. Contractor shall use the proper cleaning chemicals for the job. Chemicals and cleaning agents shall be high quality and reputable brands meeting industry standard specifications.
