Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Hampshire Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is releasing a request for information (RFI) for a DMV credential processing and card production fulfillment system. We seek to understand what new technologies and solutions are available so we can best map out our future direction. We request you provide responses to the following questions to assist NH DMV in refining our approach to driver license fulfillment and production. 2.1. Business 2.1.1. Briefly describe your organization, client base, financial stability and history. Please keep generalized marketing material to a minimum. 2.1.2. Describe possible/proposed pricing models for solutions you recommend. Identify if fees are based on card use or other models. Please include a description of support, maintenance and ongoing licensing needs associated with the product. Does your company regularly adhere to industry standards for support times? Please describe your methodology of technology maintenance, i.e.: patching and code updates. 2.1.3. Any new system implemented must incorporate data that exists in the current or proposed DMV environment. Please describe your firms recommended approach to data conversion.
