Specifications include, but are not limited to: Proposals for furnishing all material, equipment and labor, to provide a service agreement for pesticide pest control for listed Yuma County facilities (Attachment A). Contractor must treat each site listed in the attachment and provide a physical quarterly inspection of each site, including any preventative/call-back treatments through a service warranty. The selected contractor must provide Facilities Management representative with a minimum of (48) hours notice prior to their site inspection. The selected contractor will be responsible for any applicable licensing and or permit(s). Any disruption to the area must be pre-approved and coordinated with the Facilities Management representative. A site tour is encouraged but not mandatory.
