Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will rehabilitate the airport’s gravel runway, apron, and segmented circle access road, construct a new taxilane to provide access to potential lease lots, apply dust palliative to operational surfaces, improve surface drainage with ditch regrading and replacement of undersized, failing culverts, and install erosion protection against the Seldovia Slough. The Contractor shall provide design services to complete a bid-ready set of Plans, Specifications, and Estimate (PS&E). Anticipated services include: Surveying and Mapping Services, Hydrology and Hydraulics (H&H) Design, Coastal Engineering, Engineer’s Design Report (EDR), Construction Safety and Phasing Plan (CSPP), Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP), Assistance During Bidding, Design Closeout Documentation, and Assistance During Construction.
