Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State intends to make a noncompetitive purchase to contract with The After School Network. Deliverables: Domain I: Planning & Management Collect and compile NDQS Program Self-Assessment data from each 21st CCLC program site. Collect 21st CCLC site NDQS self-assessment data using Afterschool Network’s collection platform Compile and summarize 21stCCLC grantee self-assessment data and report to NDDPI & State Evaluator twice annually Make available summarized and/or individual site self-assessment data to 21st CCLC Grantee Directors as requested Domain II: Coaching Deliver targeted coaching framed by the Afterschool Network’s ND Quality Standards for Out-of-School Time Programs to new 21CCLC grantees, high-risk program sites (as determined by NDDPI) and self-selected program sites. Sites will receive at least four in-person visits (as possible) and at least 4 virtual check-ins per program year Supports sites to complete Program Self-Assessment twice per program year Provide support to sites for action plan implementation Deliver universal coaching framed by the ND Quality Standards of Out-of-School Time Programs to all 21st CCLC grantee program sites. Sites will receive at least 3 check-ins from a coach per program year, virtually or in-person Network will be responsive to level of engagement requested from 21CCLC program sites Domain III: Communication Use Program Self-Assessment data to inform monthly Afterschool Professional Learning Community Calls (September 2022 – June 2023), live and on-demand trainings framed by the ND Quality Standards for Out-of-School Time Programs
