Specifications include, but are not limited to: Account Clerk: The account clerk shall be responsible and perform duties including but not limited to: Review medical claims and bills, calculate the medical rates, and submit the medical bills to Accountant III or Business Manager for approval.; Prepare staff mileage reimbursement requests,; Review invoices submitted by vendors and contractors and prepare payment request on the invoices,; Maintain documents and fillings; Perform other clerical administrative services and duties as assigned.; Office Assistant: The office assistant shall be responsible and perform duties including but not limited to; Perform data entry of documents; Review and/or prepare various forms and memos; Order office supplies for the Business Office; Maintain leave of absent record of employees in the Business Office; Record and prepare meeting minutes; Maintain documents and fillings; Perform other clerical administrative services and duties as assigned.
