Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Indiana Department of Health is seeking a contractor for Data Collection Services pertaining to the Indiana Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) survey. The contract term is anticipated to begin January 1, 2023. The services sought include the following: Survey respondents will be randomly selected using a disproportionate stratified random digit-dialing sampling design. The Contractor will adhere to all guidelines required by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) regarding the BRFSS. All data collected relating to the survey will be edited, cleaned, and transmitted to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Survey Operations Team, Population Health, and Surveillance Branch in the Division of Population Health according to a specified protocol of data delivery. The Scope of Work also includes the programming of all questions and response categories into the Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing system (CATI), conducting interviews via landline and cell phone, monitoring interviews, supervising the interviewing process, conducting data consistency checks, and ensuring confidentiality of information.
