Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project involves the plugging and/or remediation of abandoned oil and/or natural gas wells and sites. Project will commence, generally, as follows: 1. Pre-mobilization site remediation, if necessary, 2. Site preparation, 3. Connect rig to well, 4. Clean out well to total depth, 5. Set prescribed plugs and monument, 6. Reclaim site including removal of stream crossings, and 7. Submit invoice to DEP. Proposed Work Plan API# 47-107-01756 1. Notify Project Coordinator (PC) within 24 hours of plugging commencement. 2. Move in and rig up to existing 8 ¼” casing. Begin cleaning out hole. 3. Pull all 2” tubing and packer if found. 4. Trip in hole (TIH) and check total depth (TD) at or below 2,100’. If TD cannot be reached, begin cleaning out hole to approved depth by PC. 5. Once TD has been reached and approved by inspector, a bond log will be run inside the 6⅝” casing to determine cement bond location and free points. 6. TIH to TD at 2,100’ with tubing, spot 6% gel followed by cement from 2,050’ to 1,850’. Trip out hole (TOH), wait on cement (WOC), tag top of plug. Add cement if needed. TIH and free point 6 ⅝” casing, then pull all free casing. 7. TIH with tubing, spot 6% gel from 1,850’ to 1,700’, followed by cement plug from 1,700’ to 1,550’. If 6 ⅝” casing could not be pulled, perforate pipe at 1,635’ and 1,610’. TOH, WOC, tag top of plug. Add cement if needed. 8. TIH with tubing, spot 6% gel from 1,500’ to 900’, TIH and free point the 8 ¼” casing, pull all free casing. If casing cannot be retrieved, perforate pipe at 1,635’ and 1,610’. TOH, WOC, tag top of plug. Add cement if needed. 9. TIH with tubing, spot gel from 700’ to 500, TIH and free point the 10” casing, pull all free casing. If casing cannot be retrieved, perforate pipe at 80’. Pump cement plug from 500’ to 400’, TOH, WOC, and tag top of plug. Add cement if needed. 10. TIH with tubing, spot 6% gel from 400’ to 200’, followed by cement plug from 200’ to surface.
