Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor(s) must be able to keep the City informed on the status of the transformers ordered in a clearly, completely, accurately and in a timely manner. This must be done during all phases which include but are not limited to manufacturing, delivery to Contractor and delivery to City. Time is of the essence. All equipment, equipment certification, and tracking paperwork must be inspected and approved prior to acceptance of the order. 6. STORAGE/STOCKING: The City may, from time to time, request information on Contractor’s ability to store inventory for a specified amount of time (the storage time will be specified within the Request for Quotes) and will request pricing for that storage. 7. WARRANTY: In addition to the Warranty provisions of the Agreement herein, Contractor will be required to assist City in the enforcement of any manufacturer warranties. The Warranty requirements specified in Attachment B begin after Mesa takes delivery of the units, regardless of how long the units are in transit or kept at manufacturer or vendor’s storage yards. Additional Warranty requirements are specified in Attachment B.
