Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking a contractor to provide services related to reclamation of the mill and wells at the hard rock mill (Mill Site) owned by Silica Mining, Inc., located in Beaverhead County, Montana. The Mill Site was formerly used to process garnet ore through a series of gravity separation unit processes. The mill building has degraded to the point that the roof and siding material have been damaged and partially removed. Equipment contained within the structure has been exposed to the elements for a significant period and an electrical utility room on site has been stripped of working components. In addition to the mill building, three water wells have been identified on the site that must be reclaimed. One of the wells has been vandalized, resulting in the removal of the well pump and electrical service to the pump. The other two wells are essentially holes with loose covers.
