Specifications include, but are not limited to: Fifty-five (55) hours of Security Services, Monday thru Friday 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. including one (1) person with a vehicle (excluding Federal holidays). Rotating visible security service rounds at all parking garage locations. Oak Street, Centerville, Southern Gateway, Chestnut Street and Lincoln Street parking garages during the weekday hours listed above. Reporting any condition that appears unsafe or dangerous to person or structure to the Police and Fire Department and City of Lewiston’s Facilities Manager Enforcement of standard operating procedures for reporting Violent behavior and/or destruction of property Bomb threats and other emergencies Public disturbances or unlawful behavior, i.e. public drinking, drugs, solicitation, etc. Monitoring and enforcement of the City’s no loitering and parking policies Contractor responsible for maintaining Daily logbook of activities for each location Provide monthly statistics of issues incurred Maintain cell phones for contact with police dispatch center
