Glass Beads shall be awarded on a "Quality Control Basis." This policy gives the contractor the responsibility for testing and certifying each batch of beads. Continued supply under this provision will be contingent on maintaining an acceptable level of quality control at the manufacturing facility. This level of quality control will be evidenced primarily by the ability of the contractor to supply glass beads that meet the specifications.
