Specifications include, but are not limited to: RIANG is seeking a vendor To fabricate and install a steel mezzanine. The selected vendor shall fabricate and install a RIARNG steel mezzanine in the Armory’s drill shed. The proposed mezzanine is approximately 90’L x 20’W (refer to attached floor plans and elevation drawing). This structure will be in the drill shed, which is approximately 96’ L x 61’ W x 22’ H. Furnish all labor, material, equipment, permits and supervision. Two (2), sets (24x36) of stamped construction documents are required. To include the submittal of one (1), stamped set to the Rhode Island Building Code Commission (RIBCC), for review and approval. The mezzanines design shall comply with all State, Federal and IBC building codes and standards. All steel shall be made in the USA. Apply for RI Building Permit.
