Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall follow all building codes and regulations. B. Contractor shall maintain the required licenses to perform Electrical Installation Services throughout the duration of this Agreement. Failure to maintain the required licenses shall result in termination of this Agreement. C. Contractor shall supply a 50-amp (ampere) 120/240 volt, single phase electrical feed to the Conex box in the secured parking lot. D. Contractor shall provide a 50-amp breaker for service to the Conex box (if needed). E. Contractor shall provide the electrical feed to originate from the designated panel in main building electrical room. F. Contractor shall install a new bolt on sub-panel, with a minimum of seventy-two (72) breakers, in main building electrical room. G. Contractor shall run one inch (1") conduit with three (3) #4 American Wire Gauge (AWG) wire and one (1) #8 AWG ground. H. Contractor shall surface mount or internally run conduit from the electrical room to the Conex box. Actual footage will be determined at the bid walk. I. Contractor shall install a traffic rated utility box for access if needed at a later date. Exact location to be determined at bid walk. J. Contractor shall install two (2) extra one-inch (1") conduits in the trench, one terminating at the newly installed traffic rated utility box. One will continue through to the interior of the Conex box as a spare if needed at a later date. K. Contractor shall install a ground rod for the Conex box according to code. L. Contractor shall remove all debris and packing material from the job site daily. M. Contractor shall provide an electrical diagram that fully illustrates the work to be done and the existing conditions for State Fire Marshal (SFM) approval. Refer to the Submittal section (7), below, for further details. N. Upon approval by SFM of the electrical diagram, contractor shall attend a pre-construction meeting. O. Contractor shall provide a one (1) year warranty on workmanship as well as the manufacturer’s warranty on all components installed.
