Specifications include, but are not limited to: Repair pool decking surrounding pool approximately 6,548 square feet and installation of trench drain water guard along life guard/locker room facility to include at a minimum the following: Installation of poly level of approximately 4,934 square feet of concrete decking surrounding pool. Power Wash the concrete decking approximately 6,548 square feet. Installation of concrete sealant covering concrete decking. Remove sections of existing joint seal. Clean up and prepare crack as needed to install waterproof concrete joint sealer Install interior Trench Drain Water Guard consisting of 107 feet, 1 soak away and 10 feet of exterior drainage line. Install expanded buried drainage from sump pump.
