Specifications include, but are not limited to: The BDCC Board of Trustees is seeking the services of an Organizational Facilitator (Facilitator) to facilitate Phase 1 of a two-phase process in order to clarify and affirm the purpose of the BDCC. The facilitated outcome of Phase 1, a clear affirmation of organizational purpose from the Board, will subsequently empower Phase 2: BDCC Management to make organizational alignment recommendations to the Board regarding: The optimal geographic scope for each business line and the organization generally; The optimal staffing levels for each business line and the organization generally; Recommended business lines that may be necessary; Determine adequate reimbursement rates for services in said business lines; Set appropriate rental rates for BDCC tenants; and Assess and recommend legal and financial structures that are appropriate for fulfilling the organization’s purpose and priorities into the future.
