Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Material – Trash and other dry materials. Size of Dumpster Required – 4 cubic yard Frequency of Pick-up – Once per week – coordinate with Wastewater Superintendent. Disposal Location – Can be taken to Rose Hill Regional Transfer Station (South Kingstown, RI) or vendor may choose an alternate site. No additional compensation will be provided should the vendor choose an alternate site. 2) Material – Grit, including sand, small stones, corn seeds, egg shells, rags, and some plastic material. Size and type of Dumpster Required – 2 cubic yard; sealed sides and bottom to prevent leakage. Frequency of Pick-up – Once per week – coordinate with Wastewater Superintendent. Disposal Location – Cannot be taken to Rose Hill location; vendor must arrange for disposal at an alternate site as a part of the bid price. Both dumpsters are to be in good and sound condition, and must have working covers to prevent animals, birds, rain water, etc. from entering. Due to size constraints, larger dumpsters may not be substituted. The bid prices shall include the complete service (dumpster rental, pick-up and transportation charges, and all tipping and disposal fees).
